Consumers must make economic choices about which things to produce or consume. They must consider supply and demand , or how much of something can be produced versus how much of it people want to buy.

One of the most important ideas in the US Constitution is the concept of limiting federal power. In federalism, the national (or federal) government has some powers, the states have other powers, and some powers are shared by both.

The convention was divided between states with large populations and states with smaller populations. The issue was representation in Congress. Two plans emerged from the Constitutional Convention.
